Corporate Giving and Program Adverstising

PTP has many opportunities for corporate sponsorship, plus the chance to market your business by advertising in our programs. For more information on our corporate sponsorships and advertising opportunities, please contact Gini Mercado at g.mercado@att.net .

Individual Gifts

Non-profit organizations like PTP depend on community support for all aspects of their operation. Ticket sales alone are not nearly enough to keep our doors open. Although PTP prides itself on wringing extraordinary production values out of a very modest budget, regularly occurring expenses are an ongoing challenge. These expenses include rent, facility maintenance, utilities, storage space, postage and office supplies, marketing, performance rights, construction materials, labor costs, props and costumes, equipment upkeep and repair,  etc. In short, our survival depends on the generosity of our patrons and our community.

PTP needs all manner of support. Cash gifts are, of course, always easily applied to the immediate needs of the project. The theater has, in addition, diverse service and in-kind gift needs. Please don’t be shy about asking; creative giving helps us both. All donations are eligible for tax deduction status as a gift to a California nonprofit and federally exempt (501C3) organization (Tax ID no. 77-056873).
